Can a physicain on H1 obtained under the J1 waiver apply for another H1 to work part time/moonlight while completing the needful 40 hours in the primary place of employement.Are there seperate rules for this for seperate states?I am working in MA.
You can get concurrent h1 from different sponser. The rule is same for entire US.
