Supervisor job on TN visa

I was wondering if I could work as a Engineering manager or electrical engineering supervisor on a TN visa?

I heard some people apply as a management consultant for that position? My degrees are in the electrical engineering field.

Is that possible or not really?

TNs are generally not to be managerial positions. You are qualified for an engineering TN, but not to manage people. A management consultant doesn't manage people, and is a job outside the organization of a company, which this job does not appear to be.

You should get an H1-B to manage.
