supervisor did not make a decision yet

I was told the above, by an IO durng muy last Infopass on May 15th

does this mean the file is with the supervisor , it has been processed by an IO already ? how long it may take for him to take decision

my file really moved because of "CIS Ombudsman", i received a letter from him dated April 29th saying , i should except an answer with in 45 days ( half of the days already gone), samday i was at Houston office on "Infopass" the IO at the window told me that , the case was assigned to an officer the same day .

anyone else in this situation ?

how long did it take to receive a reply from the ombudsman? i am going to email and mail a letter to him tommorrow.
i did mail to the district director a few weeks ago. will i receive a reply?

i mailed the application to "Ombudsman" on April 14th , I got the letter( dated 29th April) from "ombudsman " in first week this month.did you fill the application for "ombudsman"?

my district office Houston , all my mail sent to District Director came back to saying that " no mail or FAX"( i got this reply with in a week), think it depends on district office.

I have another question , do the IO at local USCIS office ( Infopass) and the CSR ( 1-800-) refer the same database? are different data base.

because, i just got off the phone with IO ( CSR transfered me) he says my last update he can see is March 22nd ( change of address) , but on my Infopass visit to local office on April 29th , the IO showed me a printout with update something like "case been assigned to an officer" on the same day .
