Congratulations on getting your PP back. Hope you will get PP stamped at Milwaukee today as per your last post to my question. Do share your experience.

Make sure you send your passport by FedEx or UPS.
Don't send it by USPS. I had sent my AR-11 form by certified mail (USPS) last minth and they sent it to Philadelphia (instead of Kentucky). USPS wasn't able to track my letter, and offered to pay for a re-send of certified mail. Thank God it wasn't my passport or some other important document.

Please don't use USPS's services for important documents.
 
I starting reading this thread and I was hoping that "Cat&mouse" would find the PP and it was a relief to see the post about someone returning the PP. Congratulations
