Guys just a suggestion for tracking new I140 approvals. Since last week we are seeing so many new i140 approvals its difficult to track them. Many a times we are reading the same post. So lets keep a single thread for posting i140 approvals. It can be as simple as follows. Also we may not see approvals for the month of march as lots of people who filed in march were not entered in the tracking database. They will only come to know once their lawyer receives the physical approval notice.

Name: I40category---->FilingDate------>NoticeDate----->ApprovedDate

uvwxyz:EB2----->04/08/2003---->04/14/2003---->Pending

Posting some approvals from different threads. If friends who are still waiting add their details it will be easier to track all approvals at one place....

I recommend this format for proper sort.
The reason not every one has a receipt date posted so receipt goes at the end.

Notice Date-Approval Date-Category-Receipt Date-Name
12/04/2002-Pending-EB3-11/18/2002-weshallovercome

There are many I-140 tracking threads on this forum. It would be nice to keep this Excel sheet clean with only approved I-140 and not enter entry for cases still pending..

My 2 cents..

thanks

Thankyou everybody for the contribution. My suggestion is to enter pending i140s also so that we can keep track on what days USCIS have not touched. So if somebody is falling in that date one will come to know that he is not the only one. I dont think this list going beyond 100 entries so it will not be a big list...

I have filed my 140/485 in Feb, 03 but don't see my EAC receipt number in USCIS website. It always says receipt number not found from the beginning. You mentioed above that people who filed in March are not entered in the database. What database?
Any idea why feb 140 applications are not showing up in USCIS website? Is there anyoneelse in this situation?

Thanks

thats correct luck789

Some applications of Feb 2003 and March 2003 are not in the USCIS website database. Even if you call the 800 number they will not find it in their database, probably the same database that the website looks at. The reason may be they may have forgot some process that brings data from actual production database to the replicated one during that time frame. So my guess is you will come to know about your approval when it comes to your lawyer. I have couple of my friends whose case number is not found on the website, They are March 2003 cases...
........
Best of luck

My I140 is approved on Dec 4th with No RFE.
Labor substitute.
MD - 1/7/2003
RD - 1/8/2003
ND - 1/30/2003

I am not sure mine is EB2 or EB3.

FYI: I applied EAD renewal on Nov 9th online.

Mayil03 , looking at the current trend it should be EB2

How many years of experience and what kind of degree do you have?

(At the time sub. labor was filed - not at the time of filing your I-140)
