Suggestion TN Status

Hi Sir,

i and my friend went for TN visa interview my application got rejected but my friend is not telling about his status whether it is rejected or approved can you please suggest me how can i find his case status do we have any receipt number or by passport number can we find.
 
You can find out his status by asking him his status. There's no other way.

You should be focused on your TN status, not your friends.
 
Your employer shouldn't be asking you about somebody else's status, that makes no sense. Tell your employer to ask him about his status. How are you supposed to know? Hint: You're not.
 
we both joined with one employee i only referred him he is not lifting their calls so my employer calling me and asking me the updates
 
Well, as said, you cannot know the status of someone else's visa application...

My understanding (at least based on my experience) is that you're rejected/approved for a TN when you bring your TN letter to the border. It should be instantaneous.

Regardless, you'll never know his status unless he tells you so this is all pointless. Tell your employer you can't do anything.
 
Ah i see, I understand now. I'm not sure if that exists for TN visa's, as it's usually an on the spot approval/denial. Perhaps someone else can chime in though
 
221(g) is simply the code for insufficient documentation to permit entry, as the officer said.
Your only concern should be fixing your application and trying again, as quickly as possible. Mind your own business, but get your application fixed asap, or your employer may just give up on both of you.
