Suggestion For DV-2015

This is my first post here and it is a sugestion for dv-2015...
What about if dv-2015 not free ... yes, you pay to be in dv-2015
If it happened the numbers who will be in will be less the half so the chances is will be double to who are series
we need suggestions like send e-mails... etc

 
Well if there is a DV2015 I think this makes perfect sense. A small fee, to help cover some of the cost. I think it would keep those who just apply on a whim, those who have no intention of seriously considering pursuing it if they won.
