suggestion about FP

Is there a way to make a suggestion to INS about FP or other matter ?
INS does not need to send out the FP notice to the applicant.
They can simply post those information on their website or AVM.
example,
  WAC10 - 19, FP schedule : 8/10/2001 - 8/16/2001.
  WAC20 - 29, FP schedule : 8/17/2001 - 8/23/2001.
  ................................................

Then pepole can bring their I-485 receipt to their nearest ASC to
get FP done as scheduled at INS website or AVM.
This will save INS time and money, and reduce a lot of mailing and other errors,
then maybe INS does not need to increase
the application fee at all.
And they can do the same thing for REF or FP redo.
In fact, WAC no. should not involved with any privacy issue, only A# does.

This is a very good suggestion. However, until they improve their
computer system and implement online application to avoid data
re-entry, it will be very difficult for them to do. There are
also many other suggestions going on for years, INS never bothers
listening. All they proposed is increasing their budget.
