I-485-changed on 10/27/04
RFE on SEP 21 st 2004(Company financial audited statements and w2 forms of mine 2001/2002/2003)
My attroney responsded and INS received the response on Nov 23 rd 2004(LUD CHANGED) and again the LUD changed on 12/24/04 on my I-140 but same message
Today morning I called the INS at 949-389-3007and gave my A# and she told my i-485 is pending and then I told about my RFE on I-140 and when they received etc... and then she gone through the screen and told yes we received your response for your RFE. Then I asked is it with the officer , then she told no it is with 'DIVISION' and both are pending and are at I-89 in queue holding(some thing related to photo and finger print)
