Here are my case details

RD- 7/5/01
ND- 8/10/01
EB3-India
No FP notice or RFE

Getting ready to apply for 4th EAD and 3rd AP

Wondering what's happening with my case

Anybody in the same boat?

Any suggestions on what I should be doing other making BCIS rich?

You are not the only person. There are several others that I know of who are in the same boat. Did you call NCSC and see if they will order an FP for you?
 
Same situation

Hi guys, my wife is in the same situation : ND Sep.14.01, no FP.
Even though she is the primary, I received my FP July 03.

We very impatient at this point. We have called, sent letters, and nothing happened.
 
try address change... i am sure they will issue FP if you do so... not sure though about 485 approval.

They did clear up the 2001 cases without FP quite a while ago. I was also in the same boat but got the FP done by calling them.

I think you need to call them and also write to the center directly about your case.

Xaxis, oblix_new, thank you for your valuable comments. My wife and I are very discourage at this stage...

- What do you mean by change of address? do you mean calling them and update her address?

- Calling them is so unproductive though, how did you do it? I have called them a million times and all they say is WAIT.....

We also sent them a letter and guess what..... NADA.....

Please help.....
 
if you live in a apartment change to a new unit and update your address by calling the 800 number... it worked for me.
