Successful stamping in Ottawa.

Here is my status.

My labor is approved. I-140 is also approved. I have got 3 year H1B extension. I cannot file 1-485 until my PD become current.

I got 3 years stamping in my passport. Interview was very smooth since I am working for the same company for the past 5 years.

VO: Are you still working for xxx company?.
ME: Yes
VO: This is your 7th year extension. So do you have a copy of I-140 or Approved labor?
ME: Yes. Do you want to see?.
VO: No. Thanks for bringing. You are all set, you can pick up your passport tomorrow at 3PM.

Do they give the passport at 3pm the next day?

I am planning to book a flight at 5:20pm and want to know if I will have enough time to go to airport from the Ottawa consulate.

I am planning for my 8th year extension stamping @ Ottawa. But I don't have a US Degree. Will this be a problem ?

I have a US degree.

Not having a US degree is definitely not a problem. Many of my friends without a US degree have got stamped at Vancouver, Ottawa and Montreal.

When is your appointment at Ottawa?
