We had a Green Card Interview on Oct 2, in a Garden City, NY. I was just a very pleasant experience. Young lady who interviewed us was really nice and made us feel very relaxed. She only asked a few questions, most of them were addressed to my husband. I’ve got one question. She only wanted to know how we met and how many times I’ve been to America before. Then she looked at the pictures, she asked me which ones she can keep and told me that the case is approved and if I want to wait for an hour and I’ll get the stamp to my passport right there. We were so happy. She was really nice. I was so nervous before but it was just surprisingly smooth and nice conversation. It was the truth what everyone was saying. Just be relaxed and polite and it will be OK.
