My Parents-in-law just completed a successful interview at Chennai.
Here is a summary:
1) The I-134 was from my wife and I had asked my in-laws to present it right away regardless whether the office r asks for it.
2) I had prepared a cover letter (immihelp.com) with all the documents and put tabs in the folder. The officer like the organization and asked them how long my wife has been in US? 7 yrs.
3) Has she applied for GC? answer: yes
4) why do u want to go to US? answer: travel, visit different places in US like niagara, disneyland, etc. (verbatim from sample letter at immihelp.com).
that was it...he gave both of them the visa...all in all abot 2-3 min and all that jazz to prepare for it ;-)
