Successful H-1B Stamping in Vancover, BC

In order to get your Canadian Visa, when you ask them for the temporary resident Visa, enclose a cover letter and clearly explain your situation. Enclose a copy of the 797 which states that you have to go to Canada in order to get your US Visa. You should get the Canadian Visa.
Also, once you make an appointment with the consulate in vancouver, send a copy of that letter to the canadian consulate also.

I got my visistor visa to canada on monday
I posted all the zerox copies with my passport in the speed post with a preapaid speed post cover to canada consulate in LA. I got my passport back with in 5 days.

I came to US on F1 got my MS in computer engineering. got my EAD(OPT card) valid till 07-29-2002. I got my first H1 from company A on 09-16-2002. and I changed to Company B in 01-13-2003.

Company B gave all the documents(Employment letter, LC Application I797 etc)

Will the consulate ask for Employment letter from company A?
Right now I don't have that and I can't get that also...
but I have all the paystubs and I 797 from Company A.

and also Can you plese send me the Employment letter format to pranavi_ch@yahoo.com . My company gave me a very simple letter with my title Salary and Emplyment dates i am not sure whether I can use that for H1 stamping.

Do we need to address this letter to the US embassy at vancouver ??
