On 28 March March 2002, I said I was going to post my CP experience in London on this forum as I arrived in the US.

Well, our interview was scheduled for 25 March 2002 at 8:00am. We went
to Oxford Street to take our passport photographs. The studio is located at 449 Oxford Street opposite Selfridges, London. They know exactly what size is required by the Embassy. They are called Passport Photo Services.
We were at the Embassy at 7:17am and waited outside the gate. As expected, the security was very tight with the London Metropolitan Police all over the place but it was ok.
At 8:05am, we were called from the list. We got inside and went straight to cubicle 2 and our documents were collected by a British Lady (Turkish looking and nice). Because it was a Monday morning, she was actually tired but she knew what she was doing and jovial at the same time. We paid the $260 each(3 people) and asked us to wait. So far things were going on well. Ten minutes later we were called to cubicle 5 to sign the DS-230 Part II. The ONLY question asked me was "When did I join my company in the USA and what\'s the name of the company?" It was not a trick question trust me. That was a piece of cake. Anyway, he told me that we should go and do the medicals and said that as long as we are healhty, VISAS will be issued the same day. He also said we should come back to the Embassy by 12:00pm.
We rushed to the Doctors(53 Great Cumberland Place, London) which was 10 minutes walk from the Embassy and behind Marble Arch Underground Train Station.
We already had our Medical Questionaires sent to us by the US Consulate
in Packet 4. We submitted this including 1 Passport photo, Medical records and Travelling Passports. We had to wait a little bit because we met quite a few people that came early in the morning to do the medicals first before heading to the US Consulate. My wife and I had 2 shots which was MMR and something else which cost 55.00 pounds sterling but my son did not need because he had most of his vaccines done in the past in England and the US. Our blood was tested for HIV and Syphillis and X-ray was taken and then the physical exam. Everything was perfect. We got our X-ray to keep in our luggage going back to the USA. This was around 10:30am and went for Breakfast at McDonalds at Marble Arch. We got back to the Embassy at11:55am. At 12:15pm, they started calling out names. They called us and asked to pay $65.00(Issuance fee) each. At that point, I knew our Greencard was going to be approved. 5 minutes later I was called and gave me 3 separate yellow envelopes but mine was thicker and asked me to review the information on the Greencard VISA attached to the envelopes. They cancelled the H1 and H4 VISAS on our passports. Everything was fine and left the US Embassy around 12:45pm.

It was a big relief and that made our day. It was a smashing and brilliant experience. My whole CP experience in LONDON is pretty similar to Alade Ojo(he posted his experience in Dec. 2001)and not much difference and like he said, everyone at the embassy was friendly and smiling which made the environment more comfortable. Things were pretty straight forward and no questions asked. NO additional documents required. No specific order for the documents required. The folders that I used for my documents costs me 39 cents each in Office Max. So no big deal about folders in London. THE BOTTOM LINE IS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS READY TO AVOID ANY COMPLICATIONSAND ALSO MAKE SURE YOU ARE HEALTHY AND NO CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS.

We were not sure if we had to complete the US Landing form in the plane as we had the
