Successful AOS (from F1)

They did ask me for evidence of support during my aos interview.

Since I already worked (h1b) I presented a letter from my employer.

I just wanted to say that they do accept personal checks (from domestic bank) for all payments. At least they did for me.

thanks for the info. yes, there is a lot of info on evidence of support in this forum. but i wanted to know what you did as you were also on F1. thanks again

I didn't need to show any affidavit of support. My case was approved without an interview. But I was going to have one.

what d ya mean by your case was approved "without an interview"? do they issue GC without an interview?
