Substitution Case 140+485+131+765

Hello everybody!
Did anyone file Substitution application to TSC?

I mean, when you take DOL approval of another guy and file your 140 with it.
If yes, can you share your experience in TSC?

My case is (140+485+131+765)
RD - 02/12/03
RFE - ?
AD - ?

On the page with the processing times it's written for the TSC, that right now they are processing 131 and 765 filed on March of this year.
But status of my 131 and 765 is still the same :(
 
Regular Labor Approval

Hi There,

My cases were also filed with the same RD as yours, Feb 12, 03.

I got approval for I765 on 10 july, 03
and my wife got I765 approved on 30 July , 03

For other cases there is no news so far, I was wondering about AP's too after checking the current dates at TSC.

My case is regular Labor approval in EB3.

Substitute LCA

I am in the same boat - Substitute LCA.
Applied I-140/I-485/I-765/I-131.

Reciept Date : 01/08/03 - EB2 Category

I took a interim EAD on Aprill 22, 2003 at Dallas local INS office as my H1-B is expiring.

I - 765 : Approved 07/09/03
I - 131 : Approved 07/31/03

I-140 : ????
FP : ????
I-485 : ????

It's very interesting, why my EAD and AP are still unprocessed?

Is it really true, that if you are changing address and sending the form to notify them, they take your file and put it to the end of the line?

As I wrote, They received my file on Feb 12,03 (RD), but ~ on the middle of the March 03 I changed an address and sent them this notification form.

BTW, My category is EB2.

AP for me, approved on 11 Aug, 03,
FOR my wife, approved on 12 Aug, 03.

RD FEB 12, 03
EAD approved on 10 july and 30 july for me and my wife.

Con-Cur EB3 , Regular Labor Approval.

No News on 140 so far.

Looks like the status on web is not updated promptly

I received my AP today. The web shows that the case is aprroved on July 31. However, the AP document itself shows that it is approved on July 9 - Same date as EAD. Ofcourse, I recieved my AP two weeks later than EAD. Looks like the web is updated when the complete proecssing is over.

I am similar case as yours.
My case is handled in TSC.
Labor substitution
File I-140, ND Mar/11/2003,
Then concurrently file I-485/EAD/AP, ND Apr/25th/2003
On Jun/14/2003, I've done the FP in NewJersey (I'm working in NJ). On Jul/29th/2003, EAD is approved. NO AP, NO I-140 now.
I think even you change your address, the website should notify your EAD status.
Don't worry. Be a little more patient, you will get it soon.

I hope tat everything will be OK, as you said.
Right now I have really nothing to do except waiting and praying.

I'm just worrying that it's already 180 days past after they received all my cases (131, 140, 485 & 765) but nothing has changed.
During this period I did not receive anything from BCIS except refunds (we have sent them more money for the processing fees: they had bigger fees before) for 140 & 485.
And they sent these refund checks one to my previous address, another to address of my employer, which means, that they did not apply my address change.

Today I called them (Mational Customer Service) and asked to make a Status Inquiry and also make sure that my residential and mailing address in all my files is correct.
BTW, I also work in North NJ (close to NY).

It's good that you've make Status inquiry checking.
Please keep us posted for your status.
And make sure, doing this kind of inquiry checking doesn't affect your GC process.

Status Check Inquiry could be helpful

Hi everybody!
Can you imagine, but Status Check Inquiry could be helpful.
As I wrote before, I have ordered it couple days ago because it more than 180 days passed after ND, but my EAD and AP still not ready.
So, today 08/21 I got status of my EAD (765) changed to possitive.
They approved it 2 days after Status Check Inquiry.

But unfortunately, it still nothing for 131 (AP) and I-140.

Hope to get it soon.

can you tell me what is 'Status Check Inquiry'.
do we need to call the BCIS guys and let them know that the case is pending since so long.


my case is EB-3 Concurrent (I-140 / I-765 / I-485)
my ND : 30 Dec 2002

I got my EAD Approved on July 15th. but no change on the status on I-140. I check the status from ALIA processing times, and now BCIS is looking the cases filed on 12/31/2002.

is it helpful for me If I call the INS and ask about my status.

Hi dec140,
If maximum estimated time for your 140 is expired, you may call them and ask about Status Check Inquiry.
Before that time you'll just waste a time, 'cause they would just tell you: "Wait until maximum estimated time for such type of case is expired"...
 
Today I received by mail my EAD, approved on Aug 21.
Still no changes in AP and 140 (receipt date FEb 12, 2003)

It's funny, that I changed my address after I filed the application for 140+485+131+765 and, of course, I sent them form "Change of Address"
Recently, I called them and also asked to make sure, that my address in all their files is correct. Provided them with all possible required information (Receipt numbers, Alien number, etc.)

They wrote my new address again.

But never the less, EAD came to my previous address.

my I-140 approved on 8th Sept 2003. (RD is 12/30/2002).


details:
EB3 - Concurrent filing
RD is 12/30/2002 (I-140, I-765, I-485)
I-765 approved in July 7th.
I-140 approved 8th Sept

the online status has also showing that it is approved...

finally TSC is moving ....
