Substituted Labor: Does the title need to be EAXCTLY same?

I am using a substituted labor (of another guy) and going straight to
I-140. My designation and salaray are higher than the original
guy's application.

My lawyer is saying that I need to change my resume to put exactly
same designation. Is that what we need to do? Why? Anybody can shed
light on this issue?
