Substitue Labor and 750B form ... URGENT

A company is filing my I140 & I485 on a substitute labor. They are asking me to sign 750b form (when a company applies for a labor certificate they fill 750a and the candidate fills 750b). I asked him "why" and I was told that because it is a substitue labor, he wants to attach it to the I140 and I485 application.

Does this make sense? Please help.

YES, it does. This is a requirement / guideline that is published by USCIS to prepare Substitute labor cases for filing. The labor application that you will fill up should match the skills and experience that is certified in the substitutes labor. This is perfectly normal .. I am a substitute labor case myself and am speaking from experience.

My RFE has asked me to submit 750B, because my attorney did not send it along with original filing. I am doing it now.
Make sure you send it.

Thanks a lot guys. I will do that right away.
You should do it the right way the very first time. Getting an unnecessary RFE because of a mistake in preparing documents correctly should be avoided because you will loose atleast 3 months in back and forth communications that will happen b/w you and USCIS because of a RFE.
