submit supplimental document without RFE !!!

I submitted i485 by myself (no lawyer, NIW case) in last April, Later, my passport expired, so I sent the renewed copy to them
without RFE. my wife sent a new medical exam result in this Jan. (She had one test not done due to pregnency when we filed
485) also without RFE. I just want to save some time, could this cause any problem??? If anyone has the same experience,
please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Also, I had one shot not done when I did medical exam (doctor choice), could this cause a RFE?

You can send it with a copy of the receipt notice and a letter

But, INS seems to match these up about half the time.

I did not sent them with a cocy of receipt

but did mention the EAC number in a letter, Does this work also?
