submit publications with I-140 and other questions

Hi,
here a few questions in submitting the I-140 for EB1-EA:

1. Would you attach to your package a reprint of each of your scientific publications or would you only reference them? Or just include the first page? (to include reprints would make the package quiet bulky, not sure that's good?; from the other side it shows that you have done a lot already)

2. On the I-140 they ask for little information about you: e.g. they do not even ask for your citizenship, passport information and all that. Where do you provide this kind of information with your petition? I guess they need to know these technicalities, at least what your current citizenship is?

3. Last question regarding the letters of support: to whom should they be addressed: Dear District Director????

Thanks!

I filed my petition with the original copy of my submitted and published papers (whole pages).
They can be addressed as: Dear Immigration Officers, To Whom It May Concerns, ....

Hey,
thanks for your quick reply.
And I was also wondering from where they get addtional information about your current citizenship etc., which they do not ask for on the I-140?

I am also not clear on the part of the I-140, where they ask about the proposed employment. Since I will apply for EB1-EA, I will not attach a letter that confirms my future employment. Currently, I am a postdoc, but obviously the proposed employment in the future will be different. What did you indicate on your proposed employment? And also, they ask if it is full-time permanent employment? Permanent means tenure-track for academic institutions, and that I cannot guarantee at this point. What do you advice?
Thanks!

I indicated my position as "Research Associate". Dont mention the word of "post doc".
I also indicated full-time, Permanent Position.
I dont know about the citizenship issues.

Regarding citizenship they get all information from your copy of passport that you might be attaching. Also, with your passport number these guys can pull out all your information, including what you ate last night..lol

Hi startrek,
Thanks! I did not know that we should attach a copy of the passport, since it does not say it in the I-140. Are you sure about that?
On the I-140 I only see that they ask for an IRS number and SSN, but no passport number. There is also something like an "A#": what is this?
Thanks!

Hi Reza,
thanks for this info. I guess you are currently a postdoc, but you said you used the word "research associate".
When you described the proposed job "permanent", to what job did you refer to, since post-doc is obviously not permanent, and it is hard to say what the next job will be?
How much attention do they pay to this question on the I-140 (permanent job and salary of proposed job)? To me this part of the I-140 does not make sense if you apply for an EB1-EA, since you are not providing a job offer.
Also, how can I know what the salary will be of the proposed job, since I do not have that job as of yet?
Thanks!
