Sub Labor - Need help

Hello, All.

I am getting a pre approved labor.
degree matches but not skill set.. The employer says it is fine.
degree is mactching with job title, so it is fine.. ( it is only BS + 1 YR with skill A, SKILL B , SKILL C etc..)

I spoke to an attorney , he says skill set also should match.

Is my employer saying is right or wrong?

What do you guys suggest.
did any one has similar situation and got I-140 got approved.

technically skill set should match...

lawyer is right. The skill set and degree both have to exactly match. Maybe the employer will ask you to change your resume to fit the skills and get the experience letters as a proof of that skills.

If you can somehow get experience letters that match the skill, u may give it a shot.
