I had initially applied I-140 for my original labor of 2005 under EB-2 and got it approved last year.
My company then provided me a substituted labor of 2003 under EB-3 category. I had applied I-140 for it last year. My lawyer also had requested for the EB-2 porting onto this I-140. This was finally approved last week. However they did not update the category to EB-2.
The lawyer said he would send in a request to get it updated. Do anyone of you know how long it would take for NSC to amend a I-140 and send it back.
