Finally I got the RFE letter in mail yesterday,

Request For Evidence,
THe documentation submitted is not sufficient to warrant favorable consideration of your petition/ application.
(2nd page)
To establish your nonimiigrant status, you must submit a copy of your from I-94, nonimmigrant arraival/departure record, issued to you upon your arrical to the United States. Make sure to copy both the front and back sides of the Form I-94. The copy submitted with your I-485 application is not legible.
If your Form I-94 is not available, you must explain what became of the form and submit a copy of the personal information pages from your passport and those pages endorsed by immigration officials establishing your admission(s) or parole into the United States.

If applicable, include a copy of all petition/application approval notices (Form I-797) issued to you by this service granting extension or changes nonimmigrant status.

so you guys if have any idea if From I-94 is the same as my card attached to my passport, and in case should I copy of my passport as well.

Thanks.

Nas

I got the same RFE for Travel Document...

I just sent them the COPY of my original I-94 (The one with photo when asylum was granted.) Approval is arriving immediately after. I just don't understand why they can look it up in their system.

They want to know if you just sneaked into the country. If you did then you might have to apply for a waiver before getting your GC.

Just send them a clear copy of I-94 thats it. You are money. You will be approved within a week. And If i was you, I would get the I-130 ready and filled out with your wife's picture and your marriage certificate ready so that when you get the approval, you can photocopy the GC and send it in the I-130.

You never know if the new law gets passed, your wife will be here within 6 months of filing the I-130.

Want, I am really thankful for your encoragement.
And also thanks for all others for thier advices.

The problem is, Because I am a refugee, every time I went out of country, i gave my I-94 to those people., I should have a copy of it and I am looking in my record now but, can I send them th copy of the last one I got, or should be the first one,If I find the first one I will send them a copy of all of them, +
My pass port copy and whatever has that stamp on it.
Thank you,

I have never done BIO in my life after I-485 filled. Probably my next step will be that, unless that guy finds something else in my application to play with.

Now I can understand, one of the reasons which makes people to apply for citizenship is, they dont want to deal with USCIS anymore.

Didn't we have enough of that in our country? It is just ridiculous.

anyone knows what this sentence means?

If applicable, include a copy of all petition/application approval notices (Form I-797) issued to you by this service granting extension or changes nonimmigrant status.

I-797 ?

Since no onw say anything here, I have to ask more questions now.

Whas is the different between Bio Code 1 or 2 or 3.
Could some one explain it please?

Tanx

I 797

I 797 -H1 B visa category form is called 797. When you apply for H1 B vsia you get the form, and when you apply for extension, the H1 paper will have a new I 94 in it.

If you never applied for H1 , you can ignore it.

I know only about H1, but I am not sure if any other visa category uses the same I 797. You can do a search in uscis.gov on 797 and see what comes it.

If you pay attention on the paper which USCIS sending you all the time, known as Notice letter, on top of it says I-797C, so probably when you get approval you get something like that,
Not very clear
tanx though/.

I just mailed all the papers with USPS Express Service, they said they will get it tomorrow, I let you guys know what is happening.

I dont know what INS will ask me, too?

You will most probably not receive RFE cause as I said in other post if that was the case you would have noticed that message in LUD change but since you mentioned LUD message is still the same 9/10 times it's approval not another RFE. Trust me bro & don't forget to pay me my $100.
Atique.

I-797 ?

I-797 is an approval notice Every application that is approved gets an I-797 letter. What they are asking you or what they are thinking is that you had a visitor visa and maybe applied for an extension..hence the I-797 approval letter.

ITS NOT ONLY FOR H1. I-797 is issued to every application that is approved.

Thank you Want for Clearing the issue.
I sent my stuff and I will expect something happen to my LUD by friday,
I can not wait to see what is next,
When you are active in this forum(means you read most of the Threads) you will go crazy, and can not control yourself, that is what happens to me.

Do you have any Idea about my BIO, and I asked for meaning of different BIO (Code 1,2,3 ? )
Could some one explain it,PLEASE.
