This is a really dumb question so bear with me. As most of you know The Visa Bulletin for April came out and my priority date has become current. I'm in the F2B category and the dates are up to Jan 15 1998. My priority date is Jan 13 1998. When exactly can I submit my application? Can I turn it in now? Or do I have to wait until April?
