I am currently on H-1 and plan to do M.S. taking 3 courses (half-time) per sem. My company might agree flexi-time at the same pay, or could accept a slight paycut and some hrs cut (with mutual consent) without going part-time H-1. Are all these legal, especially with new INS tracking? Is it a tricky issue to get lawyer assistance?
