studying in H4

Hi,
I'm currently in H4 and I'm wondering if I could study in H4 visa ? Is it legal?

Person on H4 can study but if s/he needs financial assistance of any form including working on campus, TA, RA etc., person must have F1 visa

It seems like you are worried. But, the question is already answered. You can do a full-time study. It can be a BS, MS or PhD or MBA.

The most important thing is, you CANNOT work.

Mind it , if you use your H4 for study and want to work after study you may run out of your H status (6 yrs) not eligible to get a new H1.
It is always advisable to change over to F1 without leaving the country.
