Study while in 485 stage

No need of F1 if you are on H1 or if you are waiting for ajudication i.e., 485 approval/having EAD.
 
Yes! you can study but on part time basis. Some schools might give you in-state-tuition if you get a letter from your employer stating that you work for them.
