Study in H4

I have 6 plus yrs of software exp in india. I would like to know if a MS at this stage would add any value.What are the good coleges in SFO or bay area , california. Can one study in H4 ? Can one apply for schlorships in h4? what is the limitation for studying in H4.

I am not so inclined in doing MBA. Kindly let me know what are other options to study further in order to leverage my exp.

If you are in H4 you can change your visa status to F1 after getting admission and avail even schlorship if you are deserved.
