Studing in h-4 visa in GA

I am planing to go to University of Georgia for my futher education.I am on H-4 visa ,and I have been in US for more than a year. So I wanted to know will I be elligiable for In-State tution fee? I donot want to change my visa status.In other states like Texsas and Florida H-4 student pays In-State tution fees , but I could not find about Georgia.Please help me or let me know where can I find more about this.

If you pay state tax and resident of GA you may be eligible for state tuition fees. But you should continue to be H4, if you change to F1 you will come under international student.
Graduate courses 12 credit for out of GA state is $ 9000+ in state is $2000+.
Policy differ from school to school, best way of learning is get appointment with school student couselor and clear all your doubts.
