Student Enrollment while on OPT

Hello
Can anyone help me on the following. I have applied for OPT after finishing my B.S. and I will be starting a new graduate program in the fall. Can I continue working on my OPT and register as a student at the same time or do I have to change my status back to F1?
Also does anyone know if I am required to return to my home country prior to starting the new program to issue the new F1 or can I do this the next time I travel?

while you are on OPT, you are still in F-1 status.

You can go to school part time during OPT, but ONLY in the same program.

If you change schools or programs (major, or BS to MS or PhD), you are forfeiting your OPT as soon as you get a new I-20.

When you go from OPT to a new program, you are still in F-1 status, no reinstatement, change of status or new visa is required.
