Strange Situation!

I have filed an GC petion for my ex-spouse when I was on GC. The marriage ended into divorce after that. I have just realized that I have never withdrawn that petition and it has been almost 2 years. What should I do now? I have just checked the status and it's showing that service center is processing I-130. My ex has never filed I-485.

If I write a letter to USCIS to withdraw I-130 petition, will it cause any problem to me as I am filing new petion for my present husband( I am USC now)?

Is it any time limit for informing USCIS about divorce?

your petition has been invalid since your divorce, but now you just need to revoke it so it's official.
