Strange Situation, is Redo I-140 an answer

I spoke to my layer why my case is not getting approved
He says that my case was applied in EB3 and got approved in EB2.

I have the receipt that says that it got approved in EB2 category.

So now what are the options for me.
Any input is appricitaed

vn, screw your lawyer call IIO and find out whats going on with your case....DON"T MENTION ANYTHING ELSE AND DON\'T GIVE ADDTIONAL INFORMATION YOU MAY HAVE...just tell out of curiosity you called since you learned about approvals of friends having later date then yours.
Also what is your educational back ground ?? BS+5 MS+3 if BS than is it a 4 year degree ??? Whole thing revolved around these stupid criteria.

Did you get Any RFE ???
