Strange Scenario, USCIS web/phone system unreliable

The web site and phone system says the following message :
On October 14, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

But today in my mailbox i received my approval notice for 485 case from DHS.It has asked me to goto local INS office and take and infopass apointment and stamp the passport.
According to the letter my case was approved on Nov-24,2nd last LUD change date.
Now is the letter sent by mistake or the IIO forgot to update the message.

Experts pls hlp !!!!!!!!!! :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

Congratulations!!! You should be happy. You are approved!! Do not mind what the on-line message say. The most important thing is you received the approval notice already so get your infopass appointment and get your passport stamped!!

So should i take an infopass appointment.My local office is Newark, same as you.
And hopefully update my signature.
 
November approvals

Please post whether you have received the 485 approval letter from DHS thru mail and online/phone system not being updated with approval message.

Your last LUD change is same as mine, go and check your postal mailbox in next few days, approval letter may be sitting.
