I did my finger print on Oct. 2005 and then I received the following message on Oct. 17 2005. And now my case is pending because of NAME CHECK.
After that I requested several times for my status. The status was changed but today(Oct. 31 2006) I got am email as the same as the following I got last year(2005)...
What does this mean ? is the name check cleared ?
On October 15, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.
