All,
Someone please advise me, what should I do.
My I-129 list me as Business Analyst and my LCA copies says System Analyst in position title. This is really something a mistake on my employer part. I am planning for H1b visa Stamping in India, Please help me with following question.
1) what would be a impact on my stamping interview, because of these 2 different titiles.
2) What I can do to get this resolved through employer, so I do not face problems.
3) Do i need LCA copies to be carried along with I-129 during visit for interview?
Would really appreciate other valuable suggestion on above.
