Strange H1 transfer and extension problem

Hi

I changed jobs and my new company did H1 transfer. Everything was done without attorney to save money. After 6 months H1 petition was finally approved. But it was approved till the same date as the old one only!!! It expires on 07/19/2005. (I had H1B for almost 3 years). Probably wrong check box was checked on I129. What to do next? Is it possible to reopen case or call USCIS or somehow to fix this error? Thank you for any advice.

----- if mistake on form or or mistake on the validity of new LCA then USCIS is not going to correct it. latet the employer file H1 extension petition and this time they have to more fees
