Thank you All, especially to ginnu, alex and S.K Ghori,
After I discussed this issue with ginnu, I asked my passport back from the Consualte and submitted to the passport office in India for Police Clearance Certificate(PCC) as I was offered a job in KSA, but I got it back from the Indian passport office without service as the Consulate said my processing is over. The US Consulate destroyed all my plans and left me hanging in the air. I hope I get the visa soon.
Guys I have one more question:
My petition is valid until October, so how close can I enter US without any issues at the port of entry? I can get any document/letter from my employer that I have a job.
Please advise.
