Strange AVM message

I got this strange avm message when I called up ins yesterday.

"The card or document we have sent to the applicant was returned by
postal office as non-deliverable, ..."

My avm was \'process resumed on Jan 11\' before yesterday and I haven\'t moved since filing 485. I am wondering
if this is an avm glitch (someone else\'s avm was put in my wac#) or could be something else.

Also, could someone who knows INS fax number please post it here ? thanks

It happened to me also
I got a strange message on my wife\'s ead avm message
and after 24 hours the message changed back to what it was before the strange message

so my suggestion is to check the message for three nights in a row
and hope it changes back to normal before contacting CSC
