Strange: AP approved in one month

My attorney filed the 4th APs for me and my wife on 12/10/2003 and the online status of both have changed to approved on 1/12/2004!

We never used the previous 3 APs. My company paid for the fees just in case we need them in emergency.

RFEs were issued on 1/7/2004 for I-485s which we have not received. I think that may have triggered the early approval of APs since they will soon approve the I-485s, which I hope is true

king1999 - Congrats! You must be really lucky. Hope the RFE triggers your I-485 approval too.
 
In May 01 the TSC having a problem with the contractors, they got solved that issue in July. Most of the May 01 will have ND Aug 01.
