Strage.....Labour approved but no mail with employer

Hi,

My brothers labour was approved from BEC dallas. Strangely we got a copy of the approval letter. Employer (no lawyer) never got the original approval.

Did anyone had a similar situation with dallas BEC? If so please suggest next steps from here contacting BEC dallas and getting original labour.

BTW,labour was approved on NOV 11th per the letter we received.
 
your company should be getting it in this week. There are other cases where there is a delay of approx 20days from the certification date. This time has been reduced now previously it used to take 3 months +
 
Mine is the same

both me and employer received the notice. But not the lawyer, who should receive the notice and the certified ETA-750 form... Frustrated.
