Stoping/Halting H1 transfer

Hello all,

I have a valid H1-b permit from a consulting company, ABC. As ABC company was not actively looking out for placing me, I gave the photocopies of H1-b docs to a second consulting company, XYZ, for H1-b transfer. Now, the original company ABC got me a job. Is there any possibility to stop/halt the H1-b transfer being done by XYZ? I want to work on the project got from ABC.

Thanks,

Just tell your XYZ company that you got a Permanent position and you are no longer interested.

You do not need to worry. It won't create any problems to you. You can continue to work with present employer as long as it is valid. If you want, you can extend your H1-B after 3 years (if you are eligible) with same exployer.
