Stop on Red (Camera) Violation

Hi,

My interview is coming up on 11/18. I have a question regarding these moving violations:

1. I jumped a red light in 2005 and the camera at the intersection caught me and sent me a citation which I paid ($142) and have the receipt for.

2. A speeding "warning" (only) - no fine in WI in Feb. I have the print out the office gave me.

Should I disclose either or both 1 and 2 on the answer to the question which asks about citations? As for documentation, I guess since both were under $500 and non DUI there is no need to provide any documentation.

I also have parking tickets and a ticket for not putting the license tabs on the plate in time. Should these be disclosed as well? I guess not.

Sorry if these have been asked before.

I believe I've answered this question the other day, but here it goes again. Don't list any of those, as none of them will appear on your DMV record.

Thanks Vorpal - the Stop on Red violation does exist in the Henneping County (my residence) Court records even though it might not be in the DMV (since by default the citations are sent to the owner of the vehicle and not the driver). So you think I'm clear even though there is a court record of the same.

You're definitely in the clear. I've posted a short while ago about a similar incident that happened to me. Someone who was borrowing my car got clocked by a red light camera and I received a ticket in the mail. While I was held financially responsible, since I was the owner of the vehicle, the ticket couldn't be placed on my driver record, as there's no way to tell who was operating the vehicle. Don't list it.
