Stop Labor Substitution Fraud by Fraud Employers - Report Here

Hi All,

I am starting this new thread to collect all the person,companey details who are buying and selling labors with in the comming two months.

Please post the details here or email me at deepachoudary@yahoo.com so i can report these to INS, Competeamerica, Immigrationvoice and couple of immigration other immigration organizations (help me here).

Lets stop these employers.

Now they have banned the labor substitution .. so there is no point in reporting to INS, USCIS etc.

Previously DOL tried many times to do away with labor substitution, but some attorneys fought back and they won.

I had read some posts .. a year back from IV members where they said that labor substitution is not bad and they do not have any reports of misuse and cause for retrogression.
 
Still from now and July 16, 2007, there will be lot of LC selling and substitution. It is good to have watch.
I am very surprise to see your comment that labor substitute is not bad!!
People are purchasing old PD labor and breaking line. Greedy employers have filed lot of dummy labors. If they don't get buyer, priority dates will move fast.

Yes sir -- I am in the same page as you.

The above comments were from IV members -- when someone was trying to urge them to incorporate repealing the labor substitution in there agenda.

But IV guys at that point said that -- labor substitution is not bad and is not cause of retrogression and they do not have any reports that its been abused.

Well I guess they were wrong and ignored the very basic thing that have had caused retrogression.
