Hi,

My I-485 details are as follows:

Priority Date: 4/1999
Category: EB2
RD: 01/26/2000
ND: 02/08/2000
FP1: 04/05/2000
FP2: 11/06/2001
3 EAD\'s

Still waiting for approval........

Anyone else in the same boat?
Also where can I find the procedures for
contacting a local congrassman/senator?

Apparently TSC hasn\'t ever looked at my application.

I just spoke to an IIO at TSC and was told that my
application was at a workstation waiting to be assigned
to an officer.

Any idea what that means to "how much longer the
wait can possibly be"?

how to contact IIO

Hey can you tell me how to contact IIO at TSC? That\'s becuase whenever I call them it is always busy.. So, do we have to continuously keep trying or dial some number which call us back whenever the line is free?? Thanx in advance for your suggestion. About application being assigned to an IIO.. Once your application is assigned to an IIO, you should receive a decision pretty soon. Then it should not take long may be at the most two months since your fingerprints have already been done..

How to contact Senator/Congressman ?

I had similar dates, waited with frustration and then contacted my congressman and senators. And in three weeks or so, we got our approval.

I have always contacted them using the web.

You can reach a TSC-IIO at 214-381-1423.

The line is extremely busy & your only option is keep trying
either by manual redialing or auto-redialing.

Thanks for the info. Could you provide a few more details.
Who did you contact.... a congressman or a senator? What was
their response? Did they send an inquiry to TSC or do
something else?

You have been waiting logner than me.
Since your finger printers were done recently,
there\'s a good chance it may be approved soon.

Did you try contacting an IIO. I did & told them that
my application was filed prior to the official 3/2000
TSC processing date. The response was that the application
will be sent to an officer soon.

I checked back 4 weeks later & found out that my application
has not yet been assigned but has been moved to a workstation
from probably a warehouse of files. So a call to IIO produced
some action if not all.

Me and my wife applied 485 together but somehow our cases were seperated, Mine was approved and also stamping done
