Still waiting for receipt from NSC

My PD is 02/28/00, EB2, visa date became current on 02/01/01, my lawyer accicentally filed my 485 on 01/31/01, one day before the dates became actually current. I don\'t know if this is a problem. Is NSC very fussy about dates. I haven\'t received my receipt yet from NSC. What should I do to rectify the mistake.

I would appreciate all of your input

My I485 was filed on the 14th of Feb. and no RD/ND yet.

I have not received RD and ND, my cashier\'s checks have not been cleared. My visa dates became current on Feb 1, my lawyer fedexed on 01/30/01 and was received on 01/31/01. Is this a problem.

The lawyer sent our I485 on Feb 15th to NSC and we still haven\'t received our receipts yet.

I received mine yesterday. My lawyer filed my I485 on Feb.28, one day before it became current. I think you will be getting yours soon. Good luck.

Hi, all the guys who have had medical examination done in detroit,
Pl help me abt ur experience abt getting the same, any tips with regard to this is highly appreciated
