Still the same (VSC Processing Time)

It seems like the Processing times for VSC (as posted here by couple of guys) seems to be official. Shusterman says its updated on April 7th and on Murthy it is as of April 1st. Though we are seeing some approval for RD's > 11/15 , it would be nice to see the official dates moving. 15 days in two months seems so disgusting.
