Still No FP :confused:

Assuming they are going off your I-485 ND, then this isn't all that surprising. Some July filers are just now starting to get FP notices. I'd say, if you don't get yours in 1-2 months then you have probably been skipped over for some reason (you won't be alone).

No FP notice yet. Is there a way to crossverify with somewhere..to check that it has not missed in post. Do they put any update on website once they send the FP ?

They apparently sent a copy to your lawyer so you could ask him/her to let you know if/when he/she gets it.

Again though, its a bit early to start worrying about FP for 08/29/03 applications. If you look at the 2003 tracker (in the I-140 forum), almost nobody with a ND past July 2003 has received FP notices.

Received 1st FP notice on 08/27/04. FP scheduled in Newark,NJ on 10/07.
Lawyer received it on 08/26/04.
