Still no 45 day letter somebody please explain

My Case details are as follows....are there any cases like mine...is my case lost...my attorney says wait...there is no update on my case...somebody please reply

So many people are in the same boat. As DOL published they are not processing our cases First in First Out. They are processing what ever they got first from other service centers.
So still there are so many unopend boxes to enter in to the system.
Once they enter your/our cases in to the system we will receive those 45 days letters.
