BUT MY AVM AND ONLINE STATUS SAYS ... 'THIS CASE HAS BEEN APPROVED!':)

The status did not change till yesterday after noon.

This site has been a important factor for my continual survival. Thank you very much. And you guys have been really helpful and am glad to be a part this community.

For those who has been waiting for long time - I am sure your turn will come. Just hang in there.

Some stats about my case :

RD : Aug 21, 2001
ND : Sep 24, 2001
FP : Dec, 2001
RFE issued : Dec 4, 2002 (For Employment Letter)
RFE received : Dec 19, 2002 (Sent only Employment letter - no pay slips or anything else)
Have called NSC 4 times so far between Jan and Mar 2003.

It seems that lately, the RD/ND months getting approved are in the aug/sep 01 timeframe, rather than the oct/nov 01 that we were seeing not too long ago. it think this is a good thing, since i can understand the frustrations of july/aug/sep filers when they see oct/nov cases getting approved. of course, that means for later filers, the wait might be longer, but what would be reassuring for us to see is that BCIS is doing things more systematically. especially when it comes to later dates, we could hope that those dates will be approved in correct order, and there is less likelihood of anyone feeling left behind.

Congratulations Zero, I have been following your postings.. good to know that Aug'01 waiters are on the move here..
